Brahmas Walk It Off Twice, Punch Ticket to Super Regionals
LA Pierce baseball is headed to the Super Regionals after a Regional postseason run defined by resilience, clutch hitting, and back-to-back walk-off wins.
The Brahmas opened the regional round with a loss to Golden West, putting them in an early hole.
With their season on the line, Pierce responded emphatically, exploding for 15 runs on 12 hits against Glendale to stay alive. The offense was relentless, drawing 11 walks and getting production throughout the lineup, highlighted by a six-RBI performance by Juan Tirado, including a grand slam that powered the blowout win.
From there, Pierce turned the regional into a run built on late-game magic.
In their rematch with Golden West, the Brahmas fell behind 6–1, but refused to let their season slip away. Juan Tirado sparked the rally with a three-run home run, cutting into the deficit and shifting momentum.
Pierce continued to chip away before finding themselves down to their final out in the ninth. That's when Isaiah Chaves delivered a game-tying RBI double, keeping the season alive. An inning later, JJ Fagfoomsintu followed with a walk-off single, completing the comeback and securing a 7–6 win.
Less than 24 hours later, the Brahmas did it again.
In a winner-take-all matchup against Glendale, Pierce battled into extra innings after the game was tied late. The offense continued to produce, finishing with 14 hits and 8 walks, while the pitching staff held strong across 15 innings.

Now, LA Pierce advances to visit Fullerton College in the Super Regionals, a best-of-three series:
