Brahmas Earn All-Western State Conference North Division Honors
A strong season for Pierce baseball was recognized this week as multiple Brahmas earned All-Western State Conference North Division honors, highlighted by three First Team selections.
Leading the way were Brayden Briscoe, Jeremy Jones, and Christian Santiago, who each earned First Team All-Conference honors following standout seasons.
Jones put together one of the most consistent offensive performances on the roster, finishing the year with a .361 batting average, 6 home runs, and 32 RBI, while also scoring 38 runs and adding 15 stolen bases. Santiago followed closely with a .377 average, driving in 28 runs and scoring 34 times, establishing himself as a key presence in the lineup.
On the mound, Briscoe delivered a strong season, posting a 3.17 ERA across 88.0 innings pitched, while striking out 92 batters. His ability to go deep into games and control opposing lineups played a major role in Pierce's success throughout the year.
The Brahmas also saw contributions recognized on the Second Team, with Hunter Zanki, Braden Sellz, and Matteo Rodriguez earning honors.
Zanki logged 65.2 innings pitched with 52 strikeouts, while Sellz provided a consistent bat, hitting .349 with 28 RBI and 31 runs scored. Rodriguez added depth to the lineup with a .321 average, driving in 22 runs and scoring 24, while also contributing 11 stolen bases.
Pierce rounded out its selections with three players earning Honorable Mention recognition: JJ Fagfoomsintu, Dylan Adams, and Isaiah Chaves.
Chaves contributed offensively with 4 home runs and 23 RBI, while Adams provided innings on the mound, recording 30.1 innings pitched with 29 strikeouts. Fagfoomsintu added versatility to the lineup, appearing in 35 games and driving in 20 runs.
With representation across all levels of the All-Conference teams, the Brahmas showcased both depth and high-end talent throughout the 2026 season, setting a strong foundation for the future.
